Refund policy

At USSR Sports, we want you to love every product you purchase from us. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. This Refund & Return Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled when you shop with us through our website or any related services (the “Services”).

By making a purchase, you agree to this Refund & Return Policy in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Returns

We accept returns on most unused and unworn products within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact and included.

  • You must provide a proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Please note that customized, clearance, or sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

To initiate a return, please contact us at ussrstartradingltd@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we’ll provide the return address and next steps.

2. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the replacement item costs more, you will be required to pay the price difference.

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with exchanges, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Items that are not in their original condition (used, washed, or damaged).

  • Items returned without authorization.

  • Late returns (after 14 days of delivery).

4. Damaged or Defective Items

We take quality seriously and inspect every product before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We’ll arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • First check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company or bank — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item unless it was received damaged or incorrect.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.
